Ministry Auror Causes Mayhem At Gringotts And Elopes With Equal Rights Activist

This reporter just learnt that Mr Ronald Weasley, Auror and colleague of "The Chosen One" Harry Potter-Weasley, was engaged in a most peculiar scene at Gringotts Bank the day before yesterday. The details are as of yet not known, but a source from inside the Ministry, wishing to remain unnamed, revealed that Mr Weasley was called to assist at an arrest at Gringotts bank in the early hours of the morning. Sources close to Gringotts report that a certain Miss Granger, founder of activist group S.P.E.W. and author of A Revised History Of Hogwarts, The Position Of The House-Elf In The Modern State, Werewolves - Human Beings Like You And Me, Equal Opportunities As A Chance To A Reformed Society and A Vindication Of The Rights Of Non-Human Magical Creatures, had entered the bank without permission with the intention of leaving leaflets and posters. Rumours also say that she was accompanied by one Rubeus Hagrid, Deputy Headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft And Wizardry, who, it is said, 'wished to have a look at the Gringotts sub-terranean stables.'
When Mr Weasley arrived at the scene of the crime and detected Miss Granger plastering the counter hall with posters demanding an instant release of all house-elves in Britain, he failed to arrest the young lady, this reporter learned. What happened next is not known, but a Danish Office Scribe informed this reporter that a Mr and Mrs Granger were wed in Copenhagen Town Hall yesterday evening.
When asked for a comment, a Ministry spokeswizard said, 'None of our Aurors has ever been to Denmark and we'd prefer it if you stuck your abysmally large nose and greasy hair into someone else's business.'

No, Kay, I did not dream this. I thought of it in my conscious moments, which is even more scary.

A Vindication Of The Rights Of Non-Human Magical Creatures
LOL. Hermione a rip-off. Who would have thought it?

It's not that much Hermione being a rip-off as me being curious whether anyone'd get the allusions. I mean, Vindications was the easier one (still, points for you!!) but there is another allusion to a female-rights book, this time a fictitious one. Just my own private amusement really, and I like to think that Hermione did not rip them off, but put them as jokes in the titles herself ;-)

hmmmm...

I guess it's either The Position Of The House-Elf In The Modern State or Equal Opportunities As A Chance To A Reformed Society, though I lean towards the first one.

Give me hint?

The Book is Woman's Place in the Modern State (I re-checked, because I remembered it as "position" - drat! So it should be The House-Elf's Place in the Modern State) - so you were right - but you'll have to find out where it's taken from ;-)
